I use this list all the time in my documentation for DMH notes, and thought some of you might find it helpful and useful. Hope it helps!

  4. I found this after a quick Google search and now use it daily to write my notes. It is sometimes hard to find the right words, but this list makes it so much easier! Thank you!

  5. Starting off as a new therapist, this list is very helpful. I had in mind that interventions had to come from research proven interventions to include motivational interviewing and/ or cognitive behavioral therapy etc.

  10. The subsequent time I read a weblog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as a lot as this one. I mean, I do know it was my option to read, however I actually thought youd have something attention-grabbing to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you may repair should you werent too busy on the lookout for attention. casino real money
